ARTHUR TROSCHER, CCIM, CPM, RPA - VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Arthur R. Troscher CCIM, CPM, RPA brings with him over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate field, Mr. Troscher has hands on experience in all phases of real estate, which include construction, development, leasing, and management of major retail and office projects in Houston, Florida, Wyoming and Denver. He has developed his skills by working with such notable people as Governor John Connally along with major institutional owners.

Mr. Troscher has a firm grasp of what owners are looking for and need in property management. He relies on his prior experiences as well as his education to market and increase the value of the owner's asset. Portfolio management responsibilities have included construction from the ground up through marketing, leasing, management, and the eventual sale of retail centers, office service centers, industrial warehouse, mid-rise and high-rise office centers.

Mr. Troscher has prior experience in leasing well over 2 million square feet which has provided him with the insight to help retain tenants. This knowledge helps with the communication process between owners and the tenants. The ability to change with the market and the constant search for innovative ideas helps to provide a perspective from which to obtain higher performance from existing manpower.

Mr. Troscher has been a resident of Houston, Texas since 1970. He attended the University of Houston along with various other real estate schools. He holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate with the Houston Community College, an RPA with the Building Owners and Management Institute, the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the CCIM designation with the Certified Commercial Institute of Management and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. His personal achievements include a Captain's license with the U. S. Coast Guard, Trustee and organizer of a children's foundation, a Director on the Board to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and a director on the Board for The Houston Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

JON MARKOULIS, CPM - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

A native of San Francisco, Jon Markoulis attended San Francisco State University. A Certified Property Manager, he applied his management skills to the conversion of a 1,000,000 square foot factory complex into a multi-use light industrial/commercial property with over 200 tenants.

In 1979, he began his career with Mr. Li Ka-Shing, the owner of the Hong Kong based company, Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd. Mr. Li's U.S. real estate investment portfolio began with the purchase of a 500,000 square foot warehouse in San Francisco. Mr. Markoulis, as project manager, was a part of the team that transformed it into a class "A" office building.

Mr. Markoulis went on to establish an in-house property management company. AMP property Services, which manages property in four States. These various properties include shopping centers, industrial buildings, apartments and office buildings.

Jon Markoulis opened an office in Vancouver in 1988 after Concord Pacific was the successful bidder for the former Expo site. This 204 acre site is currently the largest urban development in North America. Over 12 million feet of residential and commercial space will be constructed. Today approximately 50% of this project is completed.

He remains a member of the Board of Concord Pacific Group, Inc. (TSE-CPN) developers of City Place, a downtown Toronto project which at build-out will have over 6,000 residential units.

In 1999, Mr. Markoulis was appointed President and C.E.O. of The Grand Bahama Development Company Ltd., and President of the Hutchison Lucaya Limited. Hutchison is developing a new Resort Hotel of 1,350 rooms with two Golf Courses. In addition, as partners with the Grand Bahama Port Authority, The Grand Bahama Development Company will develop their real estate holdings on Grand Bahama Island that currently encompasses 80,000 acres.

He is a member of the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board and the Grand Bahama Sunrise Rotary Club.

ROBERT W. WEED, MBA, CPA - VICE PRESIDENT/TREASURER

Mr. Weed has over 20 years of experience in real estate ownership, tax, finance and accounting, including over 15 years with U. S. Assets Management, Inc./AMP Property Services, Inc., where he has served in positions leading to Treasurer, Controller, Corporate Secretary and Vice President. Mr. Weed now oversees primarily the financial and tax aspects of portfolio real estate management and ownership, reporting directly to the owners as part of the AMP property management team.

Since joining AMP in 1982, Mr. Weed has played an integral role in business and real property transactions and tax planning for several groups of companies including the Hong Kong giant, Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited. His experience includes tax and financial transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, mortgage and lease negotiations at values ranging to and beyond US $60,000,000.

Mr. Weed began his career in real estate in 1976 with Norris, Beggs & Simpson, the West Coast full service real estate firm, with branches in four states, in positions leading to head of the firm's accounting department.

Following employment with Norris, Beggs & Simpson, he obtained his CPA while serving primarily real estate audit and tax clients for the San Francisco office of the international CPA firm, Pannell Kerr Forster. Mr. Weed joined AMP Property Services, Inc. from Pannell Kerr Forster out of an audit assignment.

Mr. Weed has a B.S. from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from UC Berkeley, San Francisco branch, where he graduated in 1979 at the top of his class. He holds the CPA designation in Texas and California. His personal achievements include active involvement with Rotary, Boma and The Institute of Management Accountants.
